Faith and Finance Converge at Catholic Business Breakfast in Eastern Shore

WILMINGTON, DE — Business leaders and professionals from across the region will gather March 5 in Maryland’s Eastern Shore for a Catholic Business Breakfast focused on applying faith-based principles to modern workplace decision-making.

The event, hosted by the Catholic Business Network of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, will be held at Saint Peter and Paul Parish in Easton. Doors open at 7:30 a.m., with the program beginning at 8:00 a.m. A hot breakfast buffet will be served.

The featured speaker will be Monsignor Steven Hurley, vicar general for the Diocese of Wilmington, who will address Catholic Social Teaching in Business Decision-Making. His presentation will examine how principles such as human dignity, the common good, solidarity, and ethical leadership can inform business strategy, workplace culture, and leadership in today’s professional environment.

Organizers said the breakfast is designed to bring together professionals who want to integrate faith and ethics into their work while building meaningful relationships with peers.
