BROOMALL, PA — Factor4 announced a new integration partnership with point-of-sale provider Epos Now that will allow merchants to access Factor4’s gift card platform through the Epos Now app marketplace.
The integration enables businesses using Epos Now’s POS system to sell and redeem both physical and digital gift cards directly through the platform, the company said.
Factor4 said the partnership is intended to help hospitality and retail merchants manage gift card programs within their existing POS systems while tracking transactions through integrated reporting tools.
“Partnering with Epos Now enhances the overall value we provide to merchants by giving them access to a world-class POS system with an industry-leading gift card solution,” said Dan Battista, CEO of Factor4.
The companies said the integration will allow merchants to track gift card sales, redemptions, and balances using Epos Now’s reporting features.
According to Factor4, the integration is designed to support gift card purchases both online and in-store, allowing businesses to maintain a consistent system across multiple sales channels.
Epos Now provides POS software used by retail and hospitality businesses to manage sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
Factor4 develops gift card and loyalty technology for businesses seeking to offer prepaid cards and related customer engagement tools.
