BRYN MAWR, PA — Essential Utilities Inc. (NYSE: WTRG) said its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3426 per share, payable June 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2026.
The company said it has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends for 80 years and has increased its dividend 35 times in the past 34 years.
Essential Utilities provides water, wastewater and natural gas services under the Aqua and Peoples brands. The company serves approximately 5.5 million people across nine states.
Essential Utilities is one of the largest publicly traded providers of water, wastewater and natural gas services in the United States.
