EPAM Tops Europe IT Rankings, Sweeps #1 Spots in Major Client Survey

NEWTOWN, PA — EPAM Systems, Inc. (NYSE: EPAM) has been named a Top IT Vendor in Europe, earning “exceptional performer” status and securing the top ranking for both Application Services and General Satisfaction in Whitelane Research’s latest European IT sourcing study.

The recognition marks the third consecutive year EPAM has been cited as a leading IT services provider in Europe based on direct client feedback, according to the independent research firm. The rankings are drawn from Whitelane Research’s 2025/2026 IT Sourcing Study Europe, which surveyed more than 2,500 participants from major IT-spending organizations evaluating nearly 7,000 active IT sourcing relationships.

EPAM ranked first and received “exceptional performer” designation in multiple categories, including Application Services with an 83 percent rating, General Satisfaction at 82 percent, Service Delivery Quality at 85 percent, Innovation at 76 percent, and Transformation at 75 percent. The company also received an 84 percent rating for Account Management Quality.

“We are pleased to be named as a top IT service provider in Europe for the third consecutive year based on client feedback collected by Whitelane Research,” said Enver Amdiy, EPAM’s senior vice president and head of business in Europe. He said the results reflect sustained client trust and EPAM’s focus on delivering outcomes across complex digital and technology initiatives.

Whitelane Research evaluated 37 IT service providers across key performance indicators segmented by service category, producing one of the most comprehensive assessments of the European IT sourcing market. The study is widely used by enterprises to benchmark vendor performance and inform sourcing decisions.

“EPAM’s exceptional results in our 2025/2026 IT Sourcing Study highlight their continued prominence as a top IT services provider in Europe,” said Alex van den Bergh, head of research for Europe at Whitelane Research. He noted that enterprises increasing investments in artificial intelligence and generative AI face challenges around data quality, system integration, and talent, making partner selection critical.

The latest recognition builds on a series of Whitelane Research acknowledgments for EPAM across Europe in 2025, including top IT vendor honors in Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Nordics, and the Netherlands.
