NEWTOWN, PA — EPAM Systems Inc. (NYSE: EPAM) was ranked the top IT services provider in the Nordics in the 2026 Whitelane Research IT Sourcing Study, based on client feedback across the region.
The study evaluated 34 providers using responses from more than 450 participants at major IT-spending organizations, covering more than 1,000 sourcing relationships.
EPAM received the highest rankings in general satisfaction, application services, and account management quality, with scores of 82%, 81%, and 88%, respectively.
The company also received ratings of 84% for security and 83% for service delivery quality.
Alex van den Bergh, head of research for Europe at Whitelane Research, said the results reflect strong client confidence.
“With clients expressing the highest retention and renewal intentions, and as the only provider in the study with unanimous confidence in its technical expertise, EPAM has earned the top spot in the Nordics,” van den Bergh said.
The report found that 69% of organizations in the Nordics plan to maintain or increase IT sourcing spending, citing scalability, access to specialized talent, and adoption of emerging technologies as key drivers.
The recognition marks the fourth consecutive year EPAM has been ranked among the top providers in the region.
The results build on additional rankings for EPAM in other European markets, including Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom and Ireland.
