NEWTOWN, PA — EPAM Systems Inc. (NYSE: EPAM) was named a top IT sourcing vendor in Belgium and Luxembourg in Whitelane Research’s 2026 BeLux IT Sourcing Study, the company announced.
The recognition is based on client evaluations of IT service providers across multiple performance categories, including application services, service delivery quality, and overall satisfaction.
More than 340 organizations participated in the study, assessing over 850 IT sourcing relationships and 36 service providers in the region.
EPAM ranked No. 1 in application services with a satisfaction score of 83% and also received an 83% rating for general satisfaction. The company reported an 85% rating for service delivery quality.
“EPAM’s outstanding results in the 2026 BeLux IT Sourcing Study reflect its strong alignment with modern enterprise needs,” said Jef Loos, head of research for Europe at Whitelane Research, citing performance across service categories.
The recognition follows additional rankings by Whitelane Research across Europe, including in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Ireland, and the Nordics, according to the company.
