NEWTOWN, PA — EPAM Systems, Inc. (NYSE: EPAM) has been named a 2025 Top IT Sourcing Vendor in Germany by Whitelane Research, marking the third consecutive year the company has earned standout rankings from one of Europe’s most influential IT sourcing benchmarks.
The recognition reflects exceptionally high client satisfaction scores across critical performance categories — including transformation, innovation, service delivery quality, and application services — areas Whitelane identifies as essential for enterprises shifting toward AI-native operating models.
Dr. Peter Kürpick, senior vice president, Germany managing director, and CTO for enterprise software at EPAM, said the validation reinforces the company’s ability to guide clients through complex digital transformation efforts. He said EPAM intends to deepen its partnerships across the region as organizations modernize their technology stacks and prepare for an AI-driven future.
Whitelane’s 2025 German IT Sourcing Study is based on input from more than 300 major IT-spending organizations. The analysis covers over 1,000 IT sourcing relationships and nearly 1,000 cloud platform relationships, assessing 36 service providers and 12 cloud platforms across a broad set of performance indicators.
EPAM ranked No. 1 in service delivery quality (83%), innovation (82%), transformation (77%), and tied for the top spot in application services (81%) and general satisfaction (80%). The company also earned an 80% score in cloud and infrastructure services.
Alex van den Bergh, head of research for Europe at Whitelane Research, said the results underscore EPAM’s leadership as organizations accelerate investment in artificial intelligence. With 90% of respondents planning to increase AI spending over the next two to three years, he said choosing the right IT partner has become a critical factor in executing successful digital transformation programs.
EPAM said its continued recognition in the German market demonstrates its readiness to support enterprises as they adapt to rising AI adoption and rapidly evolving technology demands.
