Environmental Tectonics Secures $9.1 Million in Engine Testing Contracts

SOUTHAMPTON, PAEnvironmental Tectonics Corporation (OTC: ETCC) announced new contract wins totaling $9.1 million for its Environmental Testing and Simulation Systems (ETSS) business unit, solidifying its position as a key supplier of high-performance engine testing technology across multiple industries.

The company’s latest award — a $7.0 million contract — designates ETSS as the environmental test cell equipment supplier for a new, state-of-the-art F1 and NASCAR engine development center. The project includes advanced combustion air supply systems that precisely control temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions at engine intake, ensuring accurate and repeatable testing under simulated race conditions.

In a separate $2.1 million contract, ETSS was selected to provide testing equipment for a U.S.-based heavy-duty diesel engine developer. That system will deliver precisely conditioned combustion air and altitude simulation up to 14,000 feet, helping optimize performance and emissions in demanding environments.

“These projects will continue to build ETSS’s position as a leading supplier of engine development equipment in both the Racing and Heavy Duty Diesel Markets,” said Greg Raab, ETSS Business Unit Manager.
