READING, PA — EnerSys (NYSE: ENS) will have its chief executive officer and chief financial officer present at the 38th Annual ROTH Conference on Tuesday, March 24, in Dana Point, California, the company announced.
President and CEO Shawn O’Connell and Executive Vice President and CFO Andrea Funk are scheduled to participate in a fireside chat beginning at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

EnerSys, headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania, designs and manufactures industrial batteries, chargers, and energy systems used in sectors including telecommunications, data centers, aerospace, defense, and material handling.
The company operates through three primary segments: Energy Systems, Motive Power, and Specialty.
EnerSys reported approximately $3.74 billion in annual revenue and maintains operations in more than 100 countries.
In its third fiscal quarter ending December 2025, the company reported net sales of $919 million, a 1.4% increase from the prior year.
The company also reported adjusted diluted earnings per share of $2.77 for the quarter.
EnerSys said its data center business grew 28% during the period, driven by demand for backup power solutions.
The company has focused on expanding lithium-ion technology and integrated energy systems as part of its long-term growth strategy.
EnerSys recently authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.2625 per share and continues to operate a share repurchase program.
