COLLEGEVILLE, PA — Enceladus Partners announced it has completed an investment in Embarq Creative, a Collegeville-based provider of exhibit design, event services, and trade show support.
The investment was made in partnership with Embarq Creative founders Karen Cohen and Andy Carr, the firms said.
Embarq Creative provides exhibit design, event solutions, and trade show services for corporate clients.
The companies said the investment is intended to support Embarq’s growth strategy while maintaining its existing leadership and client services.
Karen Cohen and Andy Carr said the partnership will provide additional resources to expand the company’s operations.
“Joining forces with Enceladus Partners opens a new chapter for Embarq Creative,” Cohen and Carr said in a joint statement. “Their operational insight and investment expertise make them a strong partner as we continue building the business.”
Enceladus Partners is a family office that invests in lower middle-market companies, often working with founder-led businesses.
Russ Spieler, managing partner at Enceladus Partners, said the firm plans to support the company’s expansion.

Embarq Creative has operated for more than 25 years providing exhibit design and event services, according to the company.
