LANCASTER, PA — E-Impact Marketing announced that it has completed an ownership transition, with Eric Wenger, James Charles and Joel Steele succeeding founder Chris Stoltzfus as co-owners of the Pennsylvania-based digital marketing agency.
Stoltzfus stepped down as CEO to focus on other business ventures, writing and teaching, the company said.
E-Impact was founded in Lancaster in 2015 and provides website design, search engine optimization and content services to small and midsized businesses. The company later moved its headquarters to downtown Lancaster and opened an office in Brooklyn, New York.
The firm said it has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list in 2024 and 2025 and named to the 2025 Financial Times Fastest Growing Companies list. It also said it was designated a Google Premier Partner in 2025.
Charles, who serves as chief operating officer, said his approach centers on stewardship of the company and protecting its long-term direction.
Steele, chief people officer, said future growth will focus on recruiting and expanding services in response to changes in the digital marketing industry.
E-Impact Marketing provides paid media, SEO and web development services, with a focus on construction, manufacturing and business-to-business clients, according to the company.
