DYWIDAG Opens Pennsylvania Facility to Boost U.S. Infrastructure Supply

POTTSTOWN, PA — Global infrastructure solutions provider DYWIDAG has opened a new manufacturing and distribution facility in Pennsylvania, expanding its production capacity for THREADBAR® systems and strengthening its ability to serve the North American market.

The move is part of the company’s U.S. growth strategy, aimed at reducing delivery times, increasing output, and providing more localized customer support. Located in the Northeast, the facility will allow DYWIDAG to respond more quickly to major projects while reinforcing its presence in a key regional market.

Founded 160 years ago, DYWIDAG has supplied engineering systems for high-profile projects, including Apple’s headquarters in California and One World Trade Center in New York. The new Pennsylvania site continues that legacy by enhancing the company’s ability to deliver geotechnical and post-tensioning solutions nationwide.

To support the facility’s launch, DYWIDAG has appointed a local sales and management team. Steve Scott, Northeast Sales Manager, brings 14 years of industry experience in technical support, product specification, and field testing. Geotechnical Engineer Maureen Merson, with a decade of experience in project evaluation and implementation, adds specialized field expertise. Geotechnical Sales Engineer Rey Clavel, a licensed Professional Engineer with over two decades in the sector, offers extensive technical and quality control credentials.
