PHILADELPHIA, PA — DSG Global has appointed Lavonne Moon as managing director and practice leader for technology, AI, and cybersecurity, a move the firm says positions it to meet surging demand from organizations navigating rapid digital change and rising cyber risk.
Moon brings more than 20 years of leadership advisory and executive recruiting experience, having guided more than 3,000 searches for organizations undergoing complex technology-driven transformation. In her new role, she will expand DSG Global’s work with clients seeking digital transformation leadership and enterprise-level cyber strategy.

Moon is known for identifying CEOs and C-suite executives who turn emerging technologies such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence into long-term competitive advantage. Her work spans public- and private-sector organizations, where leaders she has placed continue to shape digital strategy and enterprise transformation.
Before joining DSG Global, Moon held senior leadership roles at Robert Half, CTPartners, Booz Allen Hamilton, Avanade, and Eaton, a Fortune 500 industrial company with annual revenue of about $25 billion. At Eaton, she built and led a global executive recruiting team, working closely with the C-suite during a CEO transition and overseeing hundreds of senior leadership searches each year across analytics, cyber resilience, intelligent manufacturing, digital supply chain, and data center operations.
