DSG Global Rehires Veteran Search Leader to Expand Nonprofit Practice

PHILADELPHIA, PADSG Global said Nicole Kamaleson has rejoined the firm as managing director for DSG | Nonprofit, strengthening its global executive search capabilities for mission-driven organizations operating in complex international environments.

Kamaleson brings more than 25 years of global executive search experience, advising boards and chief executives across international development, global health, social finance, human rights, and philanthropy. She has led senior-level searches for chief executives, C-suite leaders, founders, board directors, and regional and country heads for organizations working across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Her client roster includes the Bridgespan Group, Oxfam U.S. and Oxfam International, the Gates Foundation, the Mastercard Foundation, G4 Alliance, and Greenpeace International.

“Nicole is widely respected for her global perspective, deep sector expertise, and ability to identify leaders who can be nimble in the face of complex challenges and create lasting change,” said Aileen K. DSG said Kamaleson’s return further expands the reach of its nonprofit practice as demand grows for experienced leadership in a sector facing heightened operational, funding, and geopolitical pressures.

She currently serves on the boards of RefuSHE and ChildFund International and previously served on the board of the Global Fund for Children. Kamaleson has lived and worked in Romania, Kenya, Hungary, and London and now splits her time among Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
