PHILADELPHIA, PA — DSG Global announced it recently appointed Tanuja M. Dehne as managing director in its corporate practice, adding a board director and former chief executive to its leadership advisory team.
Dehne, based in New Jersey, brings experience serving on four corporate boards and more than a dozen nonprofit and academic boards, according to the company.
She most recently served as president and chief executive officer of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, where she led the organization through changes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her background also includes roles as a Fortune 200 executive and corporate attorney, as well as work with the National Association of Corporate Directors’ Board Advisory Services.
At DSG Global, Dehne will advise boards and executive teams on leadership, governance, succession planning and organizational strategy.
Chief Executive Officer Aileen K. Alexander said Dehne’s experience includes work across multiple sectors and governance roles.
“Her experience serving as a board member and CEO gives her a deep understanding of boardroom dynamics and allows her to engage boards and executive teams as a peer and advisor,” Alexander said.
Dehne said her work has focused on governance and leadership development.
“The most effective boards and leadership teams are those willing to engage in thoughtful, future-focused conversations about people, culture, and governance,” she said.
DSG Global provides executive search and consulting services to organizations across multiple industries.
