DSG Global Appoints Dustin Laws Managing Director of Corporate Practice

PHILADELPHIA, PA — DSG Global said it has appointed Dustin Laws as managing director for its corporate practice, where he will focus on recruiting financial, operational, and legal executives for clients in business and professional services sectors.

The company said Laws will be based at its Philadelphia headquarters and will support organizations seeking to strengthen leadership teams and plan for long-term growth.

Laws previously served as a principal in the Global Financial Officers Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, where he worked on executive search and advisory assignments focused on chief financial officers and senior finance roles, according to DSG Global.

Earlier in his career, he was a managing director in the Law Firm Management practice at Major, Lindsey & Africa, leading executive searches for operational roles at large law firms.

DSG Global Chief Executive Officer Aileen K. Alexander said Laws brings experience in advising organizations on leadership development.

“His proven track record of helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams is invaluable as we continue to expand our corporate practice,” Alexander said.

The company said Laws has worked with public companies, private partnerships, and private capital-backed organizations.

Laws said finance, operations, and legal leaders play a growing role in shaping corporate strategy.
