MARIETTA, PA — Donegal Group Inc. (NASDAQ: DGICA) and (NASDAQ: DGICB) announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.1825 per share for the Company’s Class A common stock and $0.165 per share for the Company’s Class B common stock. These dividends will be payable on August 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 1, 2025.
