Devereux Names Colleen Katzenmoyer as Vice President of Education Services

VILLANOVA, PA — Devereux has announced the promotion of Colleen Katzenmoyer, Ed.D., to vice president of education services, effective August 24. Katzenmoyer currently serves as the organization’s national director of student services, a role she has held since 2023.

In her new position, Katzenmoyer will lead the strategic growth and expansion of Devereux’s educational programs and services across its national network. Her responsibilities will include evaluating and enhancing the organization’s educational products, overseeing grant applications and consulting contracts, diversifying service delivery, and strengthening Devereux’s presence as a leader in the educational field.

“Colleen is a highly accomplished professional who is committed to ensuring our students and team members have the tools they need to succeed — and flourish,” said Dr. Yolanda Graham, Devereux’s senior vice president and chief clinical/medical officer. Graham praised Katzenmoyer’s strategic vision, her ability to identify opportunities for growth, and her dedication to implementing innovative educational programming.

Katzenmoyer joined Devereux in 2021 as director of student services for Pennsylvania and was promoted to national director two years later. During her tenure, she has played a key role in expanding business opportunities and enhancing the quality of educational services across Devereux’s programs.

Her nearly two decades of experience in educational leadership include previous roles as a school psychologist and special education supervisor at the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), where she oversaw internal and external school psychologists and acted as the Local Education Agency representative for Devereux programs throughout Pennsylvania.

Katzenmoyer holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Saint Joseph’s University, a Master of Science in psychology with a concentration in school psychology from Millersville University, a post-master’s principal certification from Edinboro University, a Doctor of Education from Gwynedd Mercy University, and a Superintendent Letter of Eligibility.

Her appointment signals Devereux’s ongoing effort to expand its educational reach and deliver innovative services to students nationwide.
