VILLANOVA, PA — Devereux has appointed Kyle Gravel as vice president of autism services, where he will lead the organization’s newly created national autism services division, the nonprofit announced.
Gravel, a licensed marriage and family therapist and board certified behavior analyst, will oversee strategy, expansion and program alignment across Devereux’s autism services, including developing a national growth plan and evaluating existing offerings.
He will also be responsible for promoting evidence-based practices and ensuring consistency across programs, according to the announcement.
Gravel brings more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health operations, data integration and multidisciplinary collaboration.
He most recently served as vice president and head of regional operations at Cortica, following a series of leadership roles in cognitive and behavioral therapy services.
Before that, he spent a decade at Behavioral Support Partnership, including as director of parent training services.
Gravel holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
He is also a certified child and adolescent anxiety treatment professional and an autism spectrum disorder clinical specialist.
“Kyle will be responsible for strengthening and elevating our services,” said Rhea Fernandes, Devereux’s executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Devereux, founded in 1912, operates a national network of clinical, therapeutic, educational and employment programs serving more than 10,000 individuals annually, including those with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental health needs.
