Dermatology Partners Taps Growth Architect Andrew Kay for Expanded EVP Role

Dermatology Partners

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Dermatology Partners has elevated Andrew Kay to Executive Vice President of Growth, a move that signals the organization’s continued push to expand its regional footprint while strengthening internal operations across its fast-growing network.

In his expanded role, Kay will oversee both organic and acquisition-driven growth initiatives. His responsibilities now include directing regional practice managers, leading the Training Department, and continuing to manage marketing, recruitment, and provider onboarding.

Kay previously served as Vice President of Growth and Development, where he spearheaded a series of high-impact initiatives that reshaped the organization’s scale and structure. Under his leadership, Dermatology Partners acquired nine established independent practices, including those led by Dr. Anthony Benedetto in Drexel Hill, Dr. Allen Mineroff in Lansdale, and Dr. Irving Wolfe in Owings Mills, Maryland. The group also launched nine new clinics across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, while adding 60 providers — among them 31 medical doctors and three dermatopathologists.

Kay brings experience in corporate growth and operational management, with prior roles in the U.S. Department of Defense and as Global Director of Contracts and Compliance for International SOS, where he oversaw the TRICARE Overseas Program.
