Customers Bancorp Declares Quarterly Dividends for Series E and F Preferred Stock

WEST READING, PA — Customers Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: CUBI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.61304235 per share on its Series E Preferred Stock (NYSE: CUBIPrE). The dividend will be paid on June 16, 2025, to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2025.

The Board has also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.58915485 per share on its Series F Preferred Stock (NYSE: CUBIPrF), payable on June 16, 2025, to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2025.
