CoreX Snaps Up InSource Unit, Creating ServiceNow Powerhouse Built to Scale

CoreX

RADNOR, PA — In a move that reshapes the ServiceNow consulting landscape, CoreX has completed its acquisition of InSource’s ServiceNow business unit, uniting two elite partners into a single, scaled organization positioned to meet surging global demand for AI-enabled enterprise transformation.

The transaction, which closed in late December 2025, brings together CoreX and InSource, both recognized within the ServiceNow ecosystem for deep technical delivery and a client-first approach. The combined firm now operates as one purpose-built consultancy designed to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across industries.

InSource’s track record—more than 1,500 successful implementations and a customer satisfaction rating of 4.76 at the time of the announcement—significantly expands CoreX’s scale and execution capacity. The acquisition more than doubles CoreX’s U.S.-based workforce, doubles its ServiceNow certifications, and elevates its standing among the top-tier global consulting and implementation partners for ServiceNow.

“This is not growth for growth’s sake,” said Rick Wright, head of CoreX. He described the deal as a deliberate strategic move to build a consultancy capable of long-term value creation, pairing scale with disciplined execution.

Former InSource President and CEO Mark Lafond said the integration preserves InSource’s core strengths while expanding its reach. He said joining CoreX allows InSource’s delivery-focused culture and long-standing client relationships to operate on a larger global stage.

The newly combined organization blends CoreX’s innovation roadmap and AI readiness with InSource’s operational delivery expertise, creating what executives describe as a fully integrated model for enterprise transformation. The structure is intended to help clients move more quickly from strategy to execution without sacrificing governance, resilience, or scalability.

The acquisition also strengthens CoreX’s geographic footprint, expanding delivery capacity across North America and Latin America and enabling more consistent, around-the-clock support for enterprise customers.

Wright said the deal marks a turning point for the firm. With the integration complete, he said CoreX is now “purpose-built to lead the next era of ServiceNow-powered transformation,” signaling an aggressive push to capitalize on growing demand for automation, AI-driven workflows, and large-scale platform modernization.
