PHILADELPHIA, PAComcast Business introduced a broad suite of connectivity and cybersecurity upgrades aimed at helping small businesses manage rising digital demands during the holiday season and into 2026. The company said the enhancements are designed to boost speed, reliability, and protection across millions of business locations nationwide.

The upgraded portfolio includes faster Dedicated Internet service offering symmetrical speeds up to 300/300 Mbps, now available to more than 3.5 million businesses. Comcast Business said this marks a 50 percent increase in available performance over its hybrid fiber-coaxial network and extends reach by 40 percent since February 2025.

The company also released new WiFi Extenders to eliminate in-building dead zones, plus Wireless Connect, a system that blends Comcast Business broadband with dual cellular networks to maintain service during outages. Wireless Connect includes automatic failover and a backup battery that can keep operations running for up to eight hours.

To attract new customers, Comcast Business is offering a $1,000 Holiday Bonus via prepaid card for eligible businesses that sign up for qualifying Gig-speed packages.

“Small businesses are the heartbeat of our communities and local economies,” said Christian Nascimento, senior vice president for connectivity and digital customer solutions. He said secure and dependable connectivity is essential for point-of-sale systems, online orders, and customer engagement.
