CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Cencora, Inc. (NYSE: COR) has elected Lori J. Ryerkerk as an independent director to its Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2025. The addition of Ryerkerk brings extensive expertise in global supply chain management and leadership to the company’s governing body.

Ryerkerk is the former Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Celanese, a role she assumed in 2019 before becoming Chairman in 2020. During her tenure, she guided a global specialties chemical company with significant operational and logistical reach. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Shell Downstream Inc., amassing over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

Currently, Ryerkerk also serves on the Boards of Eaton Corp. and Norfolk Southern, further underscoring her expertise in managing large-scale, impactful organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
