NORTH EAST, MD — The Cecil Leadership Institute will host a Strengths-Based Leadership Workshop on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Cecil College’s North East Campus. The session will be led by Dr. Kimberly Marucci, Executive Coach and Owner of Leading Forward Coach LLC.
The workshop runs from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Room D208 of the Technology Center and will be preceded by breakfast and networking from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. Registration is $39 and can be completed by calling 410-287-1078 to enroll in course BIL 141.
The program is designed to help leaders identify and develop their innate strengths to improve engagement, productivity, and innovation within their teams and organizations. Attendees will explore how strengths contribute to success, learn strategies to enhance them, and develop approaches to manage weaknesses effectively.
Dr. Marucci brings more than 25 years of experience in education and leadership development, having served in positions ranging from teacher to Chief Academic Officer. Through her firm, Leading Forward Coach LLC, she provides coaching and professional growth programs that help leaders reach their full potential.
