PHILADELPHIA, PA — The CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE: IGR) has declared monthly distributions for the third quarter of 2025 and announced an upcoming investor webinar aimed at providing insights into portfolio management and market trends.

The Fund’s Board of Trustees approved monthly distributions of $0.06 per share for each of July, August, and September. These payments are scheduled for July 31, August 30, and September 30, respectively, to shareholders of record as of July 19, August 21, and September 20.
