CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund Declares $0.18 in Fourth-Quarter Distributions

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Board of Trustees of the CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE: IGR) has approved three monthly distributions of $0.06 per share for October, November, and December 2025, totaling $0.18 per share for the quarter.

Based on IGR’s closing market price of $5.13 on October 7, 2025, the annualized distribution rate stands at 14.0%, or 14.8% when calculated against the fund’s closing net asset value (NAV) of $4.85 on the same date.

The Trust’s Board reviews its distribution level quarterly, taking into account market conditions, net investment income, realized and unrealized gains, and broader portfolio performance. The objective is to maintain a consistent monthly payout that aligns closely with long-term income and capital gains generation. Under its managed distribution policy, approved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, monthly distributions may include income, realized gains, or return of capital.

For 2025, the Trust has declared or paid twelve regular monthly distributions totaling $0.72 per share.

The CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund, a closed-end fund listed on the New York Stock Exchange, invests primarily in global real estate securities. The Trust will also host an investor webinar on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, where the investment team will discuss portfolio strategy, market trends, and their outlook for the remainder of the year.
