Catalyx Appoints Matt Bulley as Chief Financial Officer

NEWTOWN, PA — Catalyx has appointed Matt Bulley as chief financial officer as the company continues its expansion in automation and vision system integration for regulated industries, the company announced.

Bulley brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership across engineering services, software development, and clean energy sectors.

He most recently served as CFO of ALL4, a consulting firm, where he was involved in the company’s growth and international expansion, according to Catalyx.

Bulley previously held roles as managing director and CFO at Allied Resource Corporation and Puraglobe, and began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, now part of PwC.

“His proven success of driving growth in regulated environments directly aligns with our mission,” CEO Mario L. Rocci Jr. said in a statement.

The appointment comes as Catalyx expands its operations and product offerings.

The company recently introduced an automation tool designed to streamline manufacturing processes, which it plans to showcase at the INTERPHEX New York conference.

Catalyx provides automation, machine vision, and related services to life sciences and other regulated industries.

The company said it has completed more than 3,000 projects and employs more than 550 engineers and technology specialists worldwide.
