Bryn Mawr Avenue to Close for Base Repairs in Radnor Township Next Week

RADNOR, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that a section of Bryn Mawr Avenue in Radnor Township, Delaware County, will be closed for base repair work beginning Monday, July 28.

The closure will be in effect weekdays through Friday, August 1, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and will impact the stretch of Bryn Mawr Avenue between Route 320 (Sproul Road) and Haverford Road. During the construction period, drivers will be directed to follow a detour using Route 320, Darby Road, College Avenue, and Haverford Road.

PennDOT noted that local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are urged to allow extra travel time as delays and backups are expected. The work schedule is weather dependent.
