PHILADELPHIA, PA — Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) has added Katie Casey to its Multi-Family Office team in Philadelphia, where she will serve as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private business owners, and their families.
Casey brings more than two decades of experience in wealth management, having previously held advisory roles at FFT Wealth Management, Zeke Capital Advisors, and Abbot Downing. She also contributed to investment strategy at the University of Pennsylvania’s Office of Investments, working on the institution’s endowment fund.
In her new role, Casey will provide clients with personalized guidance in areas including investment strategy, philanthropy, private banking, and comprehensive wealth planning.

Casey holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Loyola University Maryland.
With this appointment, BBH continues to strengthen its presence in the Philadelphia region, expanding services tailored to high-net-worth families and business owners.
