CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Boomi announced new capabilities for its Enterprise Platform aimed at improving data integration, governance, and artificial intelligence workflows, the company said.
The updates, available in March 2026, are designed to help organizations manage and use data across systems while supporting AI-driven processes.
The company said the platform now includes tools to provide additional context for AI systems, enabling them to operate using consistent business data.
Among the updates is Meta Hub, which centralizes data to create a shared source of information for both AI systems and users.
Boomi also introduced a European platform instance to allow customers to keep data within regional boundaries and comply with data protection regulations.
The company said it expanded its integration with SAP systems through a new data connector that enables real-time data extraction and movement.
Additional features include tools to monitor and manage AI-driven workflows, providing visibility into system activity, performance, and usage.
“AI only delivers value when data is properly activated, trusted and governed first,” CEO Steve Lucas said in a statement.
The platform also adds functionality to guide organizations in deploying AI tools across operations, according to the company.
Industry analyst Kevin Petrie said the changes reflect a broader shift toward more structured AI deployment.
“Enterprises are getting serious about accuracy as they move into production with agentic AI,” Petrie said, adding that integrating data into a governed framework can improve decision-making.
Boomi said the updates are intended to support enterprise adoption of AI and data-driven processes across multiple industries.
