Beck Institute Launches Cognitive Behavioral Wellness Coaching to Build Lasting Habits

Led by Deborah Beck Busis, LCSW, the program focuses on everyday behavior change—such as eating, exercise, sleep, time management, and organization—by teaching clients to identify and replace unhelpful thoughts that derail progress. The approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), which the institute notes has been tested in more than 2,000 clinical trials across a wide range of issues.
