PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — AVE, the residential real estate brand of Korman Communities, will host its 10th Annual Resident Appreciation Week from October 7–11, celebrating community living with a slate of seasonal activities and exclusive giveaways in collaboration with Crate & Barrel.
This year’s theme, “Be Our Guest,” highlights AVE’s focus on service and hospitality. Residents across AVE communities will take part in fall-themed events, including pumpkin and popcorn movie nights, caramel apple bars, and floral arrangement workshops. The company’s signature amenities will also serve as backdrops for programming, with activities ranging from puppy pool plunges and firepit-side live music to café breakfast bars, courtyard meditation, and ballroom dance lessons.
To mark the milestone anniversary, residents nationwide will be eligible for 10 giveaways featuring modern home products from Crate & Barrel and CB2. Prizes include a Le Creuset Iron Oval Dutch Oven, EvenCook Core® Ceramic Non-Stick Fry Pans, and Wusthof® Gourmet Black starter knives.
“This is our favorite week of the year because we get to celebrate our residents and bring them together with a fun week of programming,” said Lea Anne Welsh, President of AVE. “Spending time with our residents and creating a sense of community is what we’re most passionate about. We’re excited to collaborate with Crate & Barrel this year as they share our values in delivering products that meet and anticipate consumer needs and desires and bring people together.”
Since its founding in 1962, Crate & Barrel Holdings has built a reputation for modern design and quality craftsmanship through its brands Crate & Barrel, CB2, Crate & Kids, and Hudson Grace. The partnership aligns with AVE’s strategy of pairing hospitality-inspired living with lifestyle collaborations that enhance the resident experience.
With a decade of Resident Appreciation Week events, AVE continues to use the tradition to strengthen connections across its communities and highlight the amenities and lifestyle that differentiate its properties.
