Artesian Extends Dividend Streak to 133 Quarters With New Payout

NEWARK, DE — Artesian Resources Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTNA) has declared its 133rd consecutive quarterly dividend, reinforcing one of the longest-running payout streaks among regulated utilities in the region.

The company’s board approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3136 per share on both Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, February 13, 2026. The payment represents an annualized dividend rate of $1.2544 per share.

The latest declaration extends a dividend history that has spanned more than three decades without interruption, a milestone that highlights Artesian’s steady cash flow and long-term financial discipline.

Artesian Resources operates as a holding company for wholly owned subsidiaries that provide water and wastewater services, along with related business services, across the Delmarva Peninsula. Its principal subsidiary, Artesian Water Company, is the oldest and largest regulated water utility in the region and has been delivering water service since 1905.

Today, Artesian supplies approximately 9.5 billion gallons of water each year through a network of 1,491 miles of water main, serving more than one-third of Delaware’s population.
