PHILADELPHIA, PA — Aramark (NYSE: ARMK has announced new dining service contracts with six universities across the United States. The partnerships, which include Adams State University (CO), Alvernia University (PA), Azusa Pacific University (CA), Delaware Valley University (PA), East Central University (OK), and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (NC), reflect the company’s focus on delivering tailored and innovative dining solutions.

We are not only constantly adding to our portfolio of partners but are also creating personalized programs that are unique to each school.”
Each institution will benefit from unique enhancements designed to improve campus dining experiences:
- Adams State University (CO) will see its La Mesa dining area feature local and Indigenous culinary influences alongside comfort foods. Retail dining will include a new mobile ordering concept, The Drop, and Aramark’s Eat to Excel program for enriched hospitality experiences.
- Alvernia University (PA) will introduce a dining program focused on service excellence, advanced technology integration, and a refined experience aligned with the university’s mission.
- Azusa Pacific University (CA) will transform its 1899 dining facility into a modern, global dining venue with allergen-friendly options. The Cougars Den will offer virtual ordering and feature rotating restaurant brands, including Bondi Bowls, brought by alumna Bailey Wilson.
- Delaware Valley University (PA) has chosen Aramark to oversee all dining aspects, including residential, athletic, catering, and retail dining. The approach aims to deliver a comprehensive hospitality program.
- East Central University (OK) will benefit from engaging promotions and popular retail offerings such as Moe’s Southwest Grill, Einstein’s Bagel Bros, and Burgers+Fries.
- University of North Carolina at Pembroke (NC) has assigned Aramark to manage dining, catering, and athletic concessions. The partnership emphasizes quality, variety, and sustainability while supporting the university’s long-term vision.
These contracts, along with a previously announced partnership with Loyola Marymount University, demonstrate Aramark’s commitment to evolving the collegiate dining landscape. By combining innovation with service, Aramark continues to strengthen its position as a preferred partner in higher education dining.
