HAVERTOWN, PA — AMREP Corporation (NYSE: AXR) reported net income of $3.1 million for its fiscal third quarter ended January 31, 2026, up from $717,000 in the same quarter a year earlier.
Diluted earnings per share rose to $0.58 for the quarter, compared with $0.13 per share in the prior-year period.
Quarterly revenue totaled $14.6 million, compared with $7.5 million in the third quarter of 2025.
For the first nine months of fiscal 2026, the company reported net income of $9.0 million, or $1.68 per diluted share, compared with $8.8 million, or $1.64 per diluted share, for the same period in 2025.
Revenue for the nine-month period totaled $41.8 million, compared with $38.5 million a year earlier.
