American Crane Named Top Partner in 2025 MHI Inspires Fund Program

DOUGLASSVILLE, PA — American Crane & Equipment Corporation was recognized as the most engaged partner in the 2025 MHI Inspires Fund initiative for its participation in education and workforce development programs, the company announced.

The recognition was given through the MHI Inspires Fund, a workforce development initiative created by MHI, a U.S. trade association representing companies in the material handling, logistics and supply chain sectors.

The program provides matching funds for education and workforce development efforts, including STEM education, robotics programs and manufacturing training. Member donations to participating programs are matched up to $5,000, with a total of $80,000 available in matching funds.

According to the company, American Crane engaged with the largest number of educational organizations and participated in the widest range of programs among partners in 2025.

Organizations receiving support through the company’s participation included Williamson College of the Trades, Penn State Berks, Berks Career and Technology Center and Alvernia University.

Stephanie Delibertis, owner and executive director of outreach and development at American Crane, said the company views education as an important part of industry workforce development.

“We believe in the transformative power of education and are committed to investing in the next generation of industry leaders,” Delibertis said.

MHI said the Inspires Fund will open again for applications in 2026 for member companies seeking matching funds for education and workforce development programs.
