DOUGLASSVILLE, PA — American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO) has completed a meaningful new addition to its corporate headquarters in Douglassville, PA. A vibrant mural now graces a prominent exterior wall to celebrate the company’s rich history, the industries it serves, and the employees who contribute to its success.
The mural project was led by Stephanie Delibertis, Owner and Executive Director of Outreach & Development at ACECO. Inspired by her father’s legacy and the company’s storied past, Delibertis spearheaded the initiative to create a lasting tribute. Drawing on the talents of accomplished artists Mike Miller and Greg Didyoung, the mural was shaped in collaboration with members of the ACECO team, embodying the spirit of community and innovation central to the company’s culture.
“This mural is more than just public art—it’s a permanent expression of who we are,” said Delibertis. “It represents our past, our future, and our commitment to one another. It reminds us every day to Always Lift. Never Quit.”
A Collaborative Vision
The mural’s development was a collaborative process involving Delibertis, her daughter Taylor Suzenski, an Innovation Engineer at ACECO, and Michele Downie, ACECO’s Marketing Manager. Their collective vision brought the mural to life with contributions from employees across the company.
To foster creativity, Delibertis transformed two unused office spaces into a dedicated Collaboration Room, enabling employees to actively participate in the mural’s creation. The result is a community-driven work of art that embodies the company’s ethos and connects its workforce to its longstanding history.
A Source of Pride
The mural has quickly become a symbolic centerpiece for ACECO. For employees, it represents the strength of teamwork and the enduring values of innovation and resilience. For the community, it stands as a vibrant reminder of the company’s contributions and its commitment to excellence.
Through this project, American Crane & Equipment has not only honored its legacy but also reinforced its ongoing dedication to the people who make it all possible. The mural stands as a bold testament to a company that carries forward a tradition of lifting with purpose and never quitting.
