LANCASTER, PA — Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) has acquired Canyon Composites Inc., a California-based manufacturer of composite and metallic structures, in a move that broadens ACT’s capabilities in the space, defense, and high-performance technology sectors.
The acquisition, completed last week, allows ACT to integrate Canyon’s expertise in structural and radiator panel manufacturing with its own advanced thermal control systems, offering customers fully integrated thermal management solutions for mission-critical applications.
Founded in 1995, Canyon Composites has established a strong reputation for precision manufacturing and quality assurance. Its Anaheim facility and workforce will continue operations under the ACT umbrella, enhancing the company’s West Coast presence and providing customers with expanded engineering and production capabilities.
