HARRISBURG, PA — Anticipated inclement weather has prompted the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to reschedule its quarterly business meeting, moving it from Monday, January 26, to Friday, January 30, the agency announced.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held at the commission’s Harrisburg headquarters, 1601 Elmerton Avenue. The session is open to the public.
Commission officials said the change was made to ensure safety while maintaining public access to the agency’s regular business proceedings. Members of the public may attend in person, and the full schedule, agenda, and instructions for viewing the meeting remotely via webinar are available on the Meetings page of the commission’s website at https://www.fishandboat.com.
Public comments will be accepted in person in accordance with the commission’s established rules, which are posted at https://www.pa.gov/content/dam/copapwp-pagov/en/fishandboat/documents/about-us/public_comment_rules.pdf.
The quarterly meeting covers regulatory, conservation, and administrative matters overseen by the commission, which manages the Commonwealth’s aquatic resources and boating programs statewide.
