PHFA Opens Registration for 2026 Housing Forum in Harrisburg

Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA)

HARRISBURG, PA — The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency has opened registration for its 2026 Housing Forum, an annual event expected to draw more than 500 housing professionals, advocates and policymakers from across the state, the agency announced.

The conference will feature 20 educational sessions focused on topics including affordable housing development, housing finance strategies, community revitalization, homeownership initiatives and policy updates.

PHFA said the event is designed to provide industry professionals with information on current housing trends and an opportunity to connect with peers.

“The value of attending the Housing Forum is two-fold: You will learn about the current state of the housing industry and get to interact and learn from housing industry peers,” said Robin Wiessmann, PHFA executive director and CEO.

The forum will include keynote presentations from Elliott Eisenberg, chief economist at GraphsandLaughs LLC, and entrepreneur Joe Huff.

Eisenberg, a former senior economist with the National Association of Home Builders, is known for his analysis of economic trends and for creating a multifamily stock index tracking apartment-focused firms.

Huff is a business founder who has supported initiatives related to clean water, hearing aids and education, according to the agency.

Additional events include an awards ceremony recognizing affordable housing initiatives, a networking session, a meet-and-greet with PHFA staff, a vendor exhibit hall and a tour of a newly constructed senior affordable housing development.
