Mid Penn Bank

MILLERSBURG, PA — Mid Penn Bank is accepting applications for its annual Anna Woodside Scholarship, offering four $1,000 awards to high-achieving high school seniors planning to continue their education in the 2026–27 academic year.

The scholarship, administered by the bank’s parent company Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: MPB), is designed to support college tuition costs while honoring the legacy of Anna Woodside, a longtime advocate for education, leadership, and philanthropy in Central Pennsylvania.

“This scholarship was created in honor of Anna Woodside, a remarkable woman who made a profound impact on Mid Penn Bank and the Central Pennsylvania community,” said Rory G. Ritrievi, president and chief executive officer of Mid Penn Bank. He said Woodside broke barriers for women through her education and career, and that the scholarship recognizes students who reflect those same values.
