$159K ‘Win Pigs Fly’ Jackpot Hits Delaware County at Ridley Eatery

Pennsylvania Lottery

MIDDLETOWN, PA — A lucky lottery player in Delaware County is waking up to a six-figure surprise after a progressive jackpot ticket worth $159,272 was sold at a Ridley Township restaurant, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced.

The winning ticket for the popular Win Pigs Fly Fast Play game was purchased at Alfredo’s Ristorante Inc., located at 4 Kedron Avenue, which will also collect a $500 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket. The purchase was made on Thursday, January 8.

Win Pigs Fly is a $10 Fast Play game with progressive jackpots that start at $150,000 and climb until someone hits the top prize. Unlike traditional Scratch-Offs or draw games, Fast Play tickets are printed on demand at lottery terminals or self-service machines and reveal results instantly — no scratching or waiting required.

The identity of the winner will remain unknown until the ticket is signed, validated, and officially claimed. Lottery officials urge the holder of the winning ticket to immediately sign the back of it and call 1-800-692-7481 to begin the claim process.

Players can check Fast Play tickets by reading the printed results, scanning them at a lottery retailer, or using the Ticket Checker feature in the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Official App.

Prizes must be claimed within one year of the purchase date, and all lottery winnings over $5,000 are subject to applicable tax withholding. Full game rules, odds, and instructions are available at palottery.com.

For now, someone in Delaware County is holding a piece of paper worth more than $159,000 — and might not even know it yet.
