WEST CHESTER, PA — Leo, a facilities maintenance services network backed by Orion Group, has launched a unified national platform bringing together multiple service providers under a single brand, the company announced.
The new strategy consolidates interior and exterior facility service providers across the country into one operating structure designed to standardize service delivery and expand shared systems and resources.
Leo said its hybrid delivery model combines local self-perform technicians with a national network of service partners to provide coverage across markets.
The company offers services including plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration, locksmith work, janitorial services, maintenance engineering, electrical, landscaping, winter services, pavement, stormwater management and emergency response.
“This is an exciting moment for Leo as several companies come together as one,” Chief Executive Officer Cecil Moore said in a statement. “Our clients rely on us to ensure that their places work beautifully.”
Chief Financial Officer Chris Herak said the unified structure is intended to improve visibility into service delivery and communication with customers.
Leo operates throughout the United States and Canada, providing facility services to regional and national clients.
