MALVERN, PA — The Buttery announced it will begin offering dinner service at its Malvern café starting April 9, expanding operations beyond its current daytime schedule.
The café will continue operating from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the kitchen closed from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., while remaining open for coffee, pastries and bread during the afternoon.
Dinner service will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
The restaurant has 62 indoor seats and offers additional outdoor patio seating during warmer months.
Customers will continue to order food at the counter, with staff delivering meals to the table.
The evening menu will focus on Neapolitan-style pizzas, seasonal salads and shareable dishes.
Pizza offerings include a Margherita pizza with mozzarella, pecorino, San Marzano tomato and basil, as well as a soppressata pizza with hot honey and a roasted vegetable pizza with pistachio pesto, ricotta, asparagus and artichoke.
Additional menu items include dishes such as spring pea burrata, polpette, Prince Edward Island mussels, crispy pork belly, potato pierogi and oyster mushrooms served with garlic dill yogurt.
The café will initially operate as a bring-your-own-bottle establishment.
The company said it plans to introduce beer, wine and spirits selections at a later date.
