BERWYN, PA — TenEx Technologies has been selected to participate in Chevron Technology Ventures’ Catalyst Program™, an initiative designed to accelerate the growth of early-stage companies with technologies that could reshape the energy sector.
The announcement comes as operators weigh capital discipline against the need for efficiency and productivity gains in an era where U.S. energy security remains a priority. TenEx, a developer of advanced chemistry solutions for oil and gas, aims to deliver higher recovery rates from both new completions and existing wells while improving environmental performance and lowering the cost per barrel of oil equivalent.
“We are honored to be selected by Chevron Technology Ventures for the Catalyst Program,” said Miguel Peña, CEO of TenEx Technologies. “As the industry shifts from expansion to efficiency, our solutions can give operators the edge to boost production, improve operational efficiencies, extend equipment life cycles, reduce environmental impact, and improve returns on investment.”
TenEx’s portfolio includes MicroHOLD®, a solution deployed in thousands of stages across North America to reduce screen-out risks and enhance long-term production; FullStim™, a suite of production chemistries engineered to extend pump and equipment life while unlocking incremental output from existing wells; and SandBOND™, designed to mitigate costly sand production and flowback issues in horizontal and vertical wells. Most of the company’s products are water-based and minimize or eliminate reliance on hazardous acids and solvents.
“Results from thousands of wells across multiple basins demonstrate that environmental responsibility and operational excellence are not competing priorities,” said Amr Radwan, Co-Founder and CTO of TenEx Technologies.
The Catalyst Program provides resources and a framework to help participating companies scale their innovations. For TenEx, the collaboration is expected to accelerate commercialization and expand its role in advancing U.S. energy security while promoting sustainability.
“The Catalyst Program provides TenEx with the framework to bring our breakthrough technologies to market faster,” Peña added. “This collaboration strengthens our ability to contribute meaningfully to U.S. energy security and global operational excellence.”
