Supreme Group Forges New Healthcare PR Powerhouse With Agency Merger

Supreme Group

WEST CHESTER, PASupreme Group has launched a new full-service public relations and communications agency, Supreme Communications, unifying Amendola Communications and Health+Commerce into a single platform focused on healthcare and life sciences.

The move brings together two established agencies with long track records across health IT, digital health, medtech, biotech, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. Supreme Group said the combined firm is designed to meet rising demand for integrated, sector-specific communications as healthcare organizations face greater scrutiny, faster innovation cycles, and more complex stakeholder expectations.

Industry veteran Nicky Battle has been named president of Supreme Communications. Battle brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare communications, digital strategy, and brand leadership, including senior roles at Ketchum and Omnicom and the founding of ThinkTank Digital. Supreme Group said her appointment reflects an emphasis on scale, digital fluency, and strategic depth.

Nicole Beckstrand has been promoted to managing director, expanding her role after helping grow the agency’s client base and service offerings since joining in 2020. Beckstrand brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare communications and will help guide strategy and growth.

Legacy agency leaders Jodi Amendola and Nicole Osmer will move into strategic advisory roles within Supreme Group, providing continuity and institutional knowledge as the combined agency moves forward.

Supreme Group Chief Executive Officer Tom Donnelly said the unification creates a stronger foundation to serve healthcare and life sciences clients navigating an increasingly complex communications environment. He said the new agency is positioned to raise the bar by combining credibility, specialized expertise, and modern digital capabilities.

Supreme Communications will operate as the PR and communications arm of Supreme Group, alongside the company’s brand and creative and performance digital and technology offerings. The firm said clients will benefit from shared technology, artificial intelligence-driven insights, and cross-disciplinary talent as communications strategies increasingly intersect with data, digital platforms, and reputation management.
