LAKE FOREST, CA & MALVERN, PA — Netwatch and 3Si Security Systems have announced a strategic integration designed to enhance law enforcement response by combining proactive video monitoring with direct-to-dispatch intelligence.

The partnership merges Netwatch’s video monitoring technology with 3Si’s DirectToDispatch™ (DTD) platform, enabling verified visuals and incident data to flow directly to police dispatchers and first responders. The integration is intended to improve situational awareness, reduce uncertainty, and accelerate response times during critical incidents.

“This partnership is about giving first responders the information they need when every second matters,” said Kurt Takahashi, CEO of Netwatch. “By bringing together real-time visuals and location data, we’re helping dispatchers and officers better understand what’s happening before they arrive — so they can respond faster, stay safer, and make more informed decisions in critical moments.”

The collaboration also gives 3Si customers access to Netwatch’s live intervention services, where trained operators monitor feeds to detect, deter, and validate crimes for proper escalation. By combining verified video intelligence with DTD’s direct-to-dispatch capabilities, the companies aim to reduce theft, mitigate threats, and strengthen operational control.

“Through this partnership, we’re committed to delivering the critical information and innovation law enforcement needs at a time when agencies face increasing demands, complex threats, and limited resources,” said Matt Kushner, CEO of 3Si. “Access to real-time, verified intelligence is more essential than ever.”

The integration underscores the growing role of data-driven tools in public safety, offering officers enhanced decision-making support in high-risk situations and helping ensure safer outcomes on the ground.
