EXTON, PA — Energage announced a partnership with McClatchy Media Company to expand its Top Workplaces employer recognition program across five U.S. markets, using employee survey data to identify top employers.
The program will be featured in five McClatchy publications: The Charlotte Observer in North Carolina; The Fresno Bee and The Sacramento Bee in California; The Kansas City Star in Missouri; and The News & Observer in North Carolina.
Top Workplaces awards are based on employee feedback collected through Energage’s workplace survey, which measures factors related to organizational culture and employee engagement.
The company said the methodology is informed by research spanning more than 80,000 organizations and millions of employees over two decades.
“Top Workplaces helps organizations stand out in a highly competitive talent market by giving employees a voice and employers credible recognition,” said Eric Rubino, chief executive officer of Energage.
Rubino said the partnership is intended to expand the program’s reach and visibility for participating employers.
Organizations eligible for the program include public, private, nonprofit, and government employers with at least 35 employees.
There is no cost to nominate or participate, and companies can be nominated through https://topworkplaces.com/nominate-your-workplace.
Participating organizations may also qualify for national Top Workplaces awards in additional categories based on the same survey results.
Energage provides workplace survey and analytics tools used to measure employee engagement and organizational culture.
