EXTON, PA — Energage said it has partnered with Axios to expand its Top Workplaces employer recognition program into metro Atlanta and the San Francisco Bay Area to highlight organizations with strong workplace cultures.

The company said the awards are based on employee feedback collected through its Workplace Survey, which measures factors tied to engagement and organizational performance.

According to Energage, the survey methodology draws on data from millions of employees across more than 80,000 organizations and has been developed over two decades.

Energage Chief Executive Officer Eric Rubino said the program is designed to reflect employee experiences within organizations.

“Because Top Workplaces awards are based entirely on employee feedback, they reveal what people truly experience at work,” Rubino said.

Axios said the partnership aligns with its local news focus on communities and employers shaping regional economies.

“Partnering with Energage allows us to spotlight employers building cultures people want to be part of in Atlanta and the Bay Area,” said Liz Alesse, vice president and general manager of Axios Local.

Energage said organizations of all types, including public, private, nonprofit, and government employers, are eligible to participate.

The company said there is no cost to nominate or compete for the awards.

Companies can submit nominations through https://topworkplaces.com/nominate-your-workplace/.

Energage said participating organizations may also qualify for national Top Workplaces recognition based on the same survey results.
